1.7 full engine rebuilt to OE spec
Full engine strip and clean
Rebuilt bottom end with the following parts and checks
Pistons cleaned and balanced with new ceramic coating to oe spec
Crank cleaned and measured for bearing tolerance
Crank dowelled to eliminate belt slip
New timing belt kit with integrated waterpump
New con rod bolts
New piston rings
Measure, clean, and hone the existing bores
New main and big end bearings
New bottom end gaskets
Oil pump stripped, cleaned, and inspected
Headwork
Valves cleaned and ground
Head skimmed to oe spec
Rebuilt with follower clearance checked and adjusted
New top end gasket set
New head bolts
New valve stem oil seals
New intake cam bolt
New PTR5-A spark plugs
Existing guides are used if in tolerance
Block, head, and components painted excluding the intake manifold (silver and black is standard but can be painted to customers spec for an additional £40)
Comes with millers running in oil and uses the existing sensors that are supplied with the engine
Price is based on a good engine supplied with good bores and a good crank. Crank regrinds are available for an additional £440. Cast iron bore sleeves are also available for an additional £1200. New valve guides are available for an additional £240
Removal and fitting of the engine is available for an additional £400
